Excited to announce that I have been profiled as the Global Ambassador for SDG 5, Empower Women and Achieve Gender Equality, in the 2018 Lavazza Calendar, alongside world leaders including Jeffrey Sachs, Jeremy Renner and Alexandra Cousteau.
The 2018 Lavazza Calendar (which can be browsed online at calendar.lavazza.com/stories/bonnie-chiu.html) invites citizens, representatives of institutions, businesses and all parties in civil society to get to know and extend the reach of the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals, up to the target year of 2030. The portraits are shot by renowned British photographer Platon, who has taken portraits of many presidents and well-known world figures. I am deeply humbled by this feature, and I hope this will share Lensational's story with millions of people across the world, and to inspire action towards gender equality.
